How long does an engagement typically last?
Anywhere from six weeks for a focused diagnostic to six months for a full deployment with THRIVE onboarding. The honest answer depends on the size of your team and the scope of the question. We'll give you a clear timeline within the first call.
What industries do you work in?
We work across sectors. What matters more than the industry is the shape of the problem: a team under pressure to do more, leadership that won't solve it by cutting people, and work that has a mix of the automatable and the irreplaceably human. We invest real time learning your specific world before we recommend anything, and if we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call.
Are you a consultancy, a technology vendor, or something else?
Closer to a studio. We don't sell software. We don't run ten-week PowerPoint workshops. We do diagnostic, deployment and onboarding work as a single integrated practice, in small teams of senior people.
Will you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes, gladly. Send it through with your initial enquiry and we'll have it signed before we speak. Most discovery conversations stay high-level enough that an NDA isn't strictly needed, but we respect the request without question.
How does pricing work?
Engagements are scoped and priced on a fixed-fee basis, no time-and-materials surprises. The number depends on team size, sector, and the depth of THRIVE work required. We discuss it openly during the second conversation.
