The first two to three weeks of any NoviStaf engagement are dedicated to understanding the work as it actually happens. We interview the people in the roles. We shadow the tasks. The AI market in 2026 is noisy. Every week brings a new "agentic platform" that promises to revolutionise some function. Most of them won't be around in eighteen months.
